You are correct, maybe upload page protected by Sitelok.
There should be instruction on how to set up a login page with sitelok.
Sitelok also allows a signup and password functions.

Just to make sure you saw it if you are going with sitelok, they have a user file plugin that will deal with user file upload as well. It can even email you when a user uploads their file.
