Looking for 2 stacks to use

Hi, I am looking for 2 stacks to use for a recruitment agency:

  1. To upload CV/Resume in PDF format? (I am thinking of Collect3 Stack)
  2. A Very Customized Form to have fields for name, email address, description and a customized 4-5 fields with a selectable dropdown menu to choose from and sure the send button?. (Superform has only one selectable dropdown menu field!!!)

You can also use MachForms. (Do a search and you’ll find several discussions about this product.) It will allow you to do both at the same time: fill out form, attach PDF, and much more.
