Try putting what FileZilla has under host. In RW server field and a / in path field.

Were you able to get it working, @sbr ? From your screenshots, this is what I would try:

Server: ftp.bladerunners.co.uk
Username/Password
path: / (or leave blank)

Then test the connection.

If not, next, I’d try:

Server: ftp.bladerunners.co.uk
Username/Password
path: public_html (or /public_html - I can’t remember if you need a backslash)

Also, in your ‘Template’ settings screenshot, I’d replace ‘au’ with ‘html’ in the Extension field.
