I can reproduce that when I force an open modal dialog window.

Make sure you don’t have any open modal dialog windows hidden on the screen (behind the app’s main window perhaps).

Thank you very much. I think I had an installation issue - RW is not in my Apps folder, just on my menu bar. Now its in my Apps folder and no issues.
