Before we update to RW7 we need to make sections of our site accessible to other editors. Is this possible?
There is a number of Content Management Systems (CMS) available for RW.
If you are asking if multiple people can work on a RapidWeaver project file at the same time, the answer is no. You could share this project file on a system like DropBox, and all of the people wanting to work on the file can access it that way, but they CAN NOT work on it at the same time. In fact, if you are going to use a system like DropBox, then I would follow what I wrote a year ago here:
Or you will run into a LOT of trouble with it. I share RapidWeaver files on dropbox with 4 computers, but I follow those rules to the letter and have only had 1 issue and it was because I did NOT follow those rules.
Now, if you mean once the project is done, can multiple people edit the content, then follow what Mark has said, use a CMS. I would suggest Total or Easy, but I work for Joe, so I am a little biased.
Good luck on your site!
