Navigation icon customized

Hello everyone,
In RW8 I wanted to make the navigation icon so as when you click it
there will be a drop down barmenu same lenght as the navigation bar,
about 60mm in height and it contains the items like HOME, PRODUCTS
ABOUT and others. See attached file.
Anybody here can tell me :

  1. How to do this using Foundry or Foundation ?
  2. How to do this using just the RW8 without any add ons ?
