Does it work with PlusKit?
There might be a few reasons. For instance, Stacks just gives you more options if you want to add other things along side the store that are outside of the plugin (a contact form or a gallery, maybe).
Another reason might be that if you use a framework (Foundry or Foundation, for example), they won’t come with built-in headers / footers / menus, etc - these are things you build with stacks.
