I have added a Yabdab form contact me page, I need some help with that as well as with a small shopping cart from Yabdab as well. I have been waiting for a one on one help session from a well known Rapidweaver web site owner but I can’t wait anymore because I published today and nothing works. Is there anyone else out there than can do one on one consulting? My web site is rather small you can see it at www.hawaiiankoaturner.com For now I just hod the pages that I need help from the navigation. I can’t make the Captcha V2 work and the shopping cart is nowhere to be seen. Thank you in advance. Aloha from Maui
There is a “gig” category here in the forums as well. You may wish to post there for additional responses. You also may wish to tag the developer here for input. Sorry I can’t help with your specific issue, but best of luck. Aloha.
As @danhmill pointed out the gig category might get you some paid help.
If you would like free help then you might want to givce a URL to the pages you are having issues with even if they are hidden from navigation.
Thank you for taking the time to help me. My official helper emailed me. I’m doing a one on one session Monday!
I wasn’t aware of the Gig area. Thank you for pointing that out.
Awesome. Best of luck.
If you can, please take a look at my contact page. www.hawaiiankoaturner.com It is not working…
Form issues (form snap) that go to an error page are next to impossible to debug from the outside looking in. The form uses PHP which by default for security suppress error messages to the browser. Instead, the errors go to an error log file on your server. Also the ”outside” world like me can see anything but the form fields and submit button. All the guts to make the form work are Kept and processed on the server.
- Make sure you are running a supported version of PHP (probably >= 7.2)
- check with your hosting company and find out where the error log files are located
- if you want help from the forum, you’ll need to give us screenshots of all the stack settings and the error message from the log file.
