Overlay one image/logo onto a background carousel

I’m using Foundation to create a website and wanted to place the company’s logo over a background carousel and can’t seem to find any solution. I have seen it in some of the templates provided (those over static images) but none of these will do for what I want to create.

If you mean a slideshow rather than a carousel then Joe Workman’s Impact stack can do this.

If you mean an actual Carousel, then I think 1LD’s Carousel stack can.
