Pen stack issue

I just downloaded the free Pen stack and installed. I have moved the installation folders to the folder in which I keep all my RW stuff. But when I open a site and search the library for the Pen stack it’s not there. I’ve quit RW and re-opened but still no stack. Any suggestions, please? (Everything else is working ok)

RW7. v7.5.8.

Drag and drop the Pen.rwaddons file onto the RapidWeaver icon on your dock.
