Hi all
Have a problem with the dispatcher dropbox stack. Works fine with photos - but not with short videos or other files. Please visit: http://dqevent.ch/workshops/prof_inszenieren/
Maximum File Size: 150 MB and no file limitation.
Any idea?
Thanks for your help.
Best wishes
Tom

Hi Tom,
This could be an issue with your host. Many hosts will limit the size of files that can get uploaded through your site. You should contact them and see if there is a limit set for your account and ask them to make it bigger.

Thanks Robert - I gonna ask them.
But even a 5 Mb videofile doesnβt work. And it is the DROPBOX dispatcher.
Best wishes

Yup, some hosts will not allow anything over 2MB.

If you have access to your .htaccess file you maybe able to change the file size limits as well. Ben covers thsi is one of the advanced videos:

This could be true, but hosts can limit it two different ways, and one is not easily changed without contacting your host.
EDIT - OK, here is a site that talks about the two things to set
php, .htaccess
But he also says some hosts might not allow you to change this.
