Publishing RW 5 Issues

I am trying to publish a page that I have been editing and it will not publish. I put all the FTP server information correct and still it will not connect even when I “Test Connection.”

So I have been contacting my Host provider and they gave me another FTP server information. But now am getting this error

I’m guessing it just has to do with my server?
