Putting the support documentation where it should be

For our new Templates just released, we created a new PADDYNotes stack to make documentation and help notes not only look good, but also be available at all times inside the Template files.

Here is a brief overview of the Template documentation and the PADDYNotes stack. Just another step in making RapidWeaver easier to use.
