Is there a stack out there that you can do a Survey with say pictures etc? Maybe ask questions or something? My club is wanting something like that, so I am looking for something that can do that.
You could use Form loom and have it write to a Google sheet. Thats how I would collect the information.
You can also just use google surveys (forms) and embed it, it will record to google sheets.
I produced a competition with about 24 questions using FormSnap which saves the answers to MySQL. It didn’t include pictures, but there is nothing to stop you from doing so. You could equally use the Foundation form stacks if you are using Foundation, or FormLoom.
