Rapid Cart 4 serial NOT working

2 days ago I upgraded from rapidcart 3 to rapidcart pro 4 advanced to use with rapidweaver 7, After paying for this upgrade I received the serial number with the instructions to just paste the serial to the proper area on the plugin and to my surprise:
The plugin does NOT register nor it shows an error, having tried the quit and reload. reboot nothing works
I contacted the support and their answer was: make sure you are using the correct plugin bla bla

After sending them the screenshot showing that I am indeed trying to registered their software I got absolutely no response

In other words they’ve got my money and I’ve got no software working

and THE FOREGROUND SUPPORT (OR THE LACK OF) JUST DON’T CARE !!!

Any suggestions ??

I’ve been waiting over 6 weeks for a response via support tickets. Not sure what is going on over there but I am frustrated too.

Just enlarge the Options window and you’ll see the “Register” button.
