Rapid weaver & jquery social wall

Im desperate for some kind user to help. I have purchases this social wall and want to install onto my website. The instructions are not the clearest and obviously do no cater for rapidweaver.

I have been sent an instruction file and i have been provided with a number of files, which i assume i need to upload to my host location. If anyone can point in me the right direction this would be a massive help or is there such a stack?
