Rapidcart Pro checkout problem..again

Hoping for some help…I have just had to re-upload my entire site to the server…I now have problems with my shopping cart (Rapidcart Pro). Before re-uploading it was working. It gets as far as the payment step,but when ‘next’ is clicked and it should progress to Paypal…it does not. any suggestions folks?

  • As an extra question…am I just unlucky, but I see to have a host of problems with Rapidcart…is it just me, or is it considered a bit crap in the broader world…I really am on the verge of dumping it!

I use it a lot, it’s extremely good. Setting it up correctly can be troublesome for some, as there are lots of bits that must be correct, or it’ll fall over. But otherwise, its solid. (I just wish @rob would scope the css so it works with uikit3, but that’s another thread!)

None at all I’m afraid. I’d need to see the project before having any ideas.

One problem is your PHP version is too old:

From the RCP manual:
On server side, RapidCart Pro requires PHP 5.6+ and TLS 1.2 support.

Your site is still using PHP 5.3.28 which is very old and has not been supported for years. You will need to update the PHP version on your server.
