RapidCart Pro feature request for non-allowed countries

I have just submitted the following request to 4gnd and I think it might be interesting to some of us:

I have quite a few POTENTIAL PURCHASING customers from all over the world who would like to purchase our styles but cannot because I have restricted the purchase and shipping options to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein only. So, they get redirected respectively cannot pay.

Now, would it be possible to add the feature to contact me individually despite refusal either by email or by my zendesk?

That would be really nice and I would appreciate this feature urgently.

Also, one more request: When do you plan do add a customer login page so that they see their orders resp. order details / history?
