RapidWeaver Project Building - Freelance

Hi RW Community,

A lot of you have been asking and in case you missed our first announcement, here’s the skinny on how I’m helping you on your next RapidWeaver project: We’ve added Freelance/Custom Work to our services.

A RapidWeaver “theme” everybody should buy: Why I Freelance

I care about your brand. I care about your success. All too often, I have seen a lot of my guests leave something on the table. Whether that something is an opportunity to create a raving fan of their craft, or an opportunity to build something better than the competition.

Philip Kotler said, “The art of marketing is the art of brand building. If you are not a brand, you are a commodity. Then price is everything and the low-cost producer is the only winner.” Sure, you can buy my theme and put a website online and this might do the trick. Which by the way, I appreciate more than you know. However, sometimes this does not solve the underlying problem, or get you the results you might have been looking for. This is the biggest reason why I chose to continue with freelance and work more intimately with my RapidWeaver guests and other businesses in trying to tackle their presence online.

I start at the beginning. It’s important to know who is looking at your website. What they like. What they don’t like. Getting people to talk about the right things when they think about your product or service far exceeds the functionality of any theme I could ever produce, although a necessary tool. But this is why I’ve fallen in love with creating a “theme” that’s right for you, a “theme” that’s fit for your guests and the audience to whom you play for. A “theme” that everybody should buy.

So, let’s chat and let’s get your RapidWeaver project next level.

Here’s what my RapidWeaver theme guests are already saying about my help:

Hi Steve B,

I did not, but I just wanted to make sure the community knew what I’ve been up to and what I look forward to continuing to do with them. I’ll make note this didn’t work for you

Awesome, and well said, Brandon. I can appreciate this approach as a nice design does not simply cut it anymore (did it ever?). There has to be strategic meaning behind design, layout, and typography (etc) in order to be successful.

Keep up the great work!

Apologies for the ambiguity.

On top of product, I’ve added strategy/design services. I’ve posted a link to my portfolio for guests to see, hopefully a reflection of how I can help take their RapidWeaver projects up a notch, whether they are using my themes or any other developers. Perhaps I’m much more of a designer than a writer, but hopefully this clarifies it
