Registration chaos - SOLVED

i’ve been using rapidweaver for YEARS. my subscription lapsed, i renewed it today. but… i can’t activate it (i am desperately trying to get my instagram pop-up back, to replace the suddenly-there-with-a question mark image ‘made in rapidweaver’ button). among other things.

i was running classic 9.3.4. the registration window tells me i need 9.2.1. so i installed that, could not activate that either.

am waiting (& waiting) for support to get back to me. meanwhile, anyone have any ideas about this? thx!

Hi @fisherking,

You likely need to update your license key in RapidWeaver Classic to the new one you purchased. We have a guide below that shows how to do it:

Update License Key in RWC | Classic Manual

Let us know if that doesn’t help.
