Looking for an efficient way of showcasing video from Youtube on my Rapidweaver site. Is there a plug in or add-on I can use for this?
What exactly are you meaning when you say showcasing?? There are many YouTube stacks out there.

Not skilled enough to know what a "stack’ is. I want to have people to my
site be able to click on a thumbnail to watch video, without the
intermediate steps of going to YouTube and having to hit play.
You should look at the Stacks plugin

It will let you do stuff like that and MUCH MUCH more!

I believe you can still go to YouTube copy the embed code and just paste it on your page also if you arn’t a stacks user, but I agree with @zeebe, stacks is almost a “must have” and will open up a whole new world of possibilities to you within RW.
I use EasyTube Gallery. It has many great features including the light-box effect from thumb-nail click.
