Hello,
I’m trying to design a new sight for myself and I currently use an awesome theme that I purchased from nick cates design. (https://nickcatesdesign.com/preview/rapidweaver/massv/) If you look at the theme, there is a slide-up menu that as you scroll down it smoothly glides up displaying text and a menu. I would like to use the same effect my new website that i want to try and do it completely from scratch (I have never done that before and I am nervous about it). Does anyone know of a stack that will give me the same effect?
