✓ SOLVED: JW's SEO Helper Stack Exposing Code in Foundation Website

Hello!

macOS 10.12.1
RW 7.1.5
Stacks 3.2.4
Foundation Theme: 1.7.4

I’m running JW’s SEO Helper stack, but it exposes this code ("’,$ob_meta.’’,$ob_page_head); ?>") at the bottom of the page. The only way I can get it to go away is to disable the SEO Helper stack.

I don’t have this problem in the RW preview or the local preview. The site is not using Cloudflare.

Turning off RW’s minify CSS/JS option did not resolve.

Any other ideas?

They look to PHP variable names. Would guess it is a syntax problem. Would contact joes support.

Is your published page have an filename of index.html or index.php? It needs to be index.php

Good idea. The filename is index.php.

Does your host have PHP on it and if yes, what is the version?

Host is running PHP 5.4.

Did some testing on two different servers. Appears to definitely be a server issue, not a stack one. Will just use the RW 7 metatags sidebar for this project.

Very handy stack, btw.

Could be that you need 5.6 or higher of PHP. 5.4 has been end of life for a while now, and 5.6 is the lowest supported version of PHP currently. See if your host can update to that.

Thanks for the tip. I’ll loop up with them
