Yes, that is what is confusing. For example, I never had a page called “first” or “what to do first”:

yeap forgot the click to Common URL errors (on the page I gave you). Goes to the same spot. Have you tried to mark them as fixed? I would do that and see if they come back. If it comes back then you know you have something generating the bad URL (JavaScript or PHP).
If it does come back from your site then you can decide if you want to fix it or ignore it.
If it is a bad URL generated by a script, or that never have existed on your site, it’s probably not a problem you need to worry about. It might bother you to see it on your report, but you don’t need to fix it, unless the URL is a commonly misspelled link (see below).

What page is it linked from?
I would probably just ignore it.
