Special Popup/Splash/Agreement based on location

The site I maintain has “store” pages and I need to give Canadian visitors a special notice as they purchase an item. We currently have bright red notices right under the “buy” buttons but people just don’t bother to read this. So I need something that needs an “OK” click or similar based on customer being located in Canada. (ip?) One time only, I don’t want repeated appearance’s if multiple items are ordered.

Ideally, this would happen when they click a “buy” button the first time for each visit.

Best way to implement? Ideas?

Or, perhaps the Agent stacks (also from Joe) would be an even better choice?

@zeebe… Does GeoTarget use it’s own Geo database or one of the free services? Any limitations? We get close to 2k visitors per day.
