We have a brand new release for Stacks 3.
This is a free update that fixes a ton of bugs, a few crashers, and even adds a couple features. There are lots more details in the release notes and our blog. You should get it via auto-update the next time you launch RapidWeaver. Or you can download it direct from http://yourhead.com/stacks/download
