Stupid user can't upload theme to RW on local computer

I have a static site that has been hacked, and must re upload everything once again. So I have a backup o the site - but I don’t have the theme uploaded into RW yet, so it doesn’t show up. I do have the zip file of the theme, but I’m blowed if I can see how to put the theme into RW so I can upload my site … Grateful for help

Can you unzip the theme and then drag and drop the theme file onto the icon of Rapidweaver?
