I bought some templates from Template Repo.
A few weeks ago I had a serious data loss on my computer.
I was able to recover almost all of my items purchased this year. Through the help of the software producers or by automatically sending the download links.
I asked Template Repo twice to please send me the links to my purchased templates.
My English is very weak, but my request is still very understandable.
Unfortunately, I did not get an answer in each case. Do not understand why.

So far I have not heard or experienced anything negative with TemplateRepo, so I hope this is one of the cases of a misunderstanding or human error.

@Kunstmaler Did you try his support forum? He tells on his website that answer are coming faster using the forum instead of emails.

Oh, and just to highlight the poor support I offer, as can be seen on my support forum, I was responding to a support request at 9am on Christmas day. Less than 10hrs after it was posted.

I know, shocking service.

I use the Contact form. And this I can now not find again on the website … It’s been a few days, too.

Via the contact form. Twice I got the info that the message was sent successfully. I can’t find the contact form again now … but my contacts are also a few days ago.

Well sadly I’ve not had any thing from you, as I say, not here as a post or private message, in my support forum or email.

Send me an email to info@templaterepo.com with your order details and I’ll do my best to sort you out.

If I get no email from you today I’ll post back here and let you know. Incase you sent one and it went missing.

I have to say, this is 100% on you.

Backing up your software purchases is YOUR problem, not anyone else’s. It’s ridiculous to be chasing vendors for RE-download links because: -

(a) You suffered a data loss.
(b) YOU had not backed anything up.

It’s preposterous to delegate this responsibility to any RW Add On Dev. You are buying a downloadable piece of content which is YOUR responsibility to curate and backup thereafter…

So YES you have done something wrong, by my reckoning, at least. Those other vendors who were ‘very helpful’, I have some bad news for you; I can almost guarantee that each of them would have been silently pissed off with you for not looking after your own stuff and bugging them. Did you consider donating anything to any of them for digging you out of your self made hole?

Evening. I have your email. If previously you used the form on the site, my guess is for some reason it’s not working. I’ll investigate that in the new year.

I’ll send you the template(s) tomorrow morning.

To conclude from my end, email is a pretty unreliable thing nowadays, it’s why I installed the support forum on the site and ask people use it.

If you had done that, or even sent a pm via this forum, your potentially damaging post could have been avoided.

Please consider this when you next get a communications issue with a seller.

Unfortunately my English is very weak to talk freely on English language forums. In addition, I have had no email problems anywhere so far and your contact form confirmed that I had made the requests successfully.

The messages you get from forms on websites can be misleading. All they confirm is that the form generated the email, not that it’s been sent successfully. This is the same for all forms on pretty much all websites. Something to bear in mind.

I have now sent the projects you lost to the email address used for the order (an@xxx).

If they don’t arrive, please let me know.
