Transferring to new computer

Good day, I need to transfer working on my site from my iMAC to a MacBook Air. What is the most efficient way to do that? I’ve installed RapidWeaver, Stacks, etc. and opened the site’s file, but I get a lot of notices, particularly in the blog pages, to reload elements.

Thanks for the procedure, although step 5 for me doesn’t show a file to compress from within RW?
