In Paragraph pro and Scribe options are Typeset Master 1…(prostyles) However I cannot discover the Typeset Master options.

Those settings are for people who have the ProStyles Typeset Master stacks in their project. If you don’t have those stacks then don’t worry about those settings. They were superseded by Font Pro.
