Any clue on what stack is causing the issue? What version of MacOS? What version of RW/Stacks? Stacks up to date?

Well the page has many stacks but TCMS is definitely one of them, also:
SEO meta tags
Site Styles
F6 Menu dropdown
Buttonmaker
FadeIn
Gallery3
Blog List

MacOS is Catalina 10.15.6
RW v 8.6.2
Stacks - not sure how to find version (maybe 4.0)? but RW says it is up to date.

It’s important to try and isolate the problem. Try to build a new page that replicates the issue. Another thing to try is to simply download a fresh copy of Total CMS and reinstall it. I have seen that fix some strange issues like this (possibly an update or addons sync went wrong)

I will try this, it is not a big issue though because when the error occurs if you you just leave the page alone for 10 seconds maybe the error disappears! I only raised it in case it was associated with the expanded stacks edit page issue under a separate thread.

the %cmsTextFormat seemed like it might be a cms tag of some sort that wasn’t rendering properly. but it was a SWAG (scientific wild a** guess).
