I have uploaded my website. But when I have updated some of the URLs, it is still the old site on it.

Have you tried emptying your browser cache and refreshing the page? That is probably the case since I can see your updated text when I visit your page computerhealth.dk
I don’t think all my users should have to do so, all times I updated the website?

I found out, it is the FTP program, that do not allow the site to reload.
