URGENT HELP PLEASE: Redirect has mucked things up :(

Hi all, my site is here: http://www.thehertsandessextherapyclinic.co.uk/
I was trying to set up some redirects using htaccess but it wasn’t working so I’ve minimised the htaccess file for now to get things back to normal. Currently the only thing on my htaccess file is this:

ErrorDocument 404 http://www.thehertsandessextherapyclinic.co.uk/404.php

however the site is now not loading directly onto the homepage but going to the ‘our services’ page and I’m not sure why. It’s not even loading on my ipad now, can someone please help ASAP?
