Using attributes/variables on web sites

Hi,

I am looking for an easy way to make use of attributes (variables) on several sites in RW7. Rational is to enter frequently changed information like &date, &time and &speaker for an event ones and just to generate effected web sites in case of a change before publishing.

Any best practices on that?
