Want a slideshow with Trans PNG frame

(TC Carr) #1

The website is here:
http://pvc-sn3.com/
I am the webmaster

Im trying to add a slideshow on the homepage. I want to keep the wood frame like the picture there now.

I tried to use this here:
http://buildinternet.com/2009/06/how-to-make-a-slideshow-with-a-transparent-png-frame/

i used the inspector and put stuff in the head, body, and CSS as directed. I replaced the file names with my own. I get 3 boxes like a table but that is all. And it screws up the rest of the CSS.

HELP!

Custom CSS is definitely not my forte but, I wonder if you used something like this (https://joeworkman.net/rapidweaver/stacks/css-box/) to apply the CSS to one component on the page, and not anything else?

Don’t have stacks but I’ve been thinking that I might have to.

Ah yes, I saw that in your other post.

If you’re nervous about the upgrade costs, I’d give some of the other Wiz’s in here a shot as there may be some simple troubleshooting to do.

Based on your other post - if you had to choose between RW7 and no Stacks vs RW6 and Stacks, I’d definitely go with RW6 & Stacks.
