WeaverTips - The best tips for RapidWeaver

awesome. thanks! yes, i want to do a lot more on Partials. Next week’s Tips are queued and ready to go. Stay tuned!

AWESOME! Thanks for doing this. Looks great.

Lovely idea, but I have problems visualizing the tips on Safari 10.0.2… the GIF loads but doesn’t loop so in a moment the picture space becomes blank. On Chrome 55 everything works fine. I’ve tried to message you directly from the site but the form returned me an error.

Do you have any extensions installed?? Works great for me in Safari 10.0.2.

Yes, you’re right! An old extension was the culprit… Now working as is as to do

Hi Greg, I very much like the idea. However I happened to click on Create a Partials in Stacks and found that the images do NOT display. The first image flashed up for a fraction of a second then went blank white.
Thought you might like to know this.

hi, others who have had similar issues had some Safari extensions installed. Please make sure there isn’t a safari extension conflicting. also, the GIFs can be quite large. Please be sure to let them fully load

How’s everyone liking WeaverTips so far? I have another week of content lined up and a back log of new articles to write.

Please keep the awesome feedback coming! I look forward to all of the tips. Please be patient while I work through my list.

Last week was an awesome week with the launch of PlusKit 4. I posted a couple extra GIFs on launch day for PlusKit users.

I have another week of content lined up. I’ve been posting new GIFs every week day. The best way to stay informed at the moment is via the RSS Feed. Would a weekly email summary be something users are interested in?

PS. Thanks for all of the great tips. A few this week are directly from you! //cc @SocialFreak @willwood

Well done @barchard - this site has moved quickly from a source of curiosity to a significant RW resource. Really nice work.

Works for me in Safari. Do you have any extensions installed.

No extensions. First thing I checked

Try a hard refresh of the page (command + R). See if you can get safari to ignore its cache.

I did both. Refresh and empty cache.
