I created a site in 2013 then ignored it and forgot everything I learned. Can I access the version I published last and save it as a new file to modify on my Mac OS 10.13.6?

In theory, Yes.
You’ll need to update and upgrade RapidWeaver itself; then all the themes and addons which will have changed in seven years.
You ought then - bumps you meet along the way with new versions of the software - to be able to load your old RW file into the latest version, and publish it.

Hi John, as Mark says, you will have to upgrade RW. Your site is small and simple and most could be copy/pasted into a new theme. If you still have your gallery photos, its pretty simple to rebuild it.
