I doubt that this is technically possible in RW. You need something what converts your ebooks as files. This could be somehow done with bloathy php scripts but then it wouldn’t run out of a box on hosted servers with missing apache plugins or dependencies. There is an existing ePub Reader. Create ePub documents with the well known (offline) programs and read it online. Nextcloud and its app ePub Reader gives you this possibility.

If you look at all of the, can we say, “simple” programs that provide this
functionality–even open source projects like Abiword–it shouldn’t be all
that difficult to add this functionality to RW.
