Which software should I use for editable database content?

Admittedly, I’m a novice at this, so bear with me! I’m trying to create a website for about 30 users, where each user can log in and they are directed to a specific page with database information where they can edit a limited number of fields in the database. Each user should not be able to see the other pages, only the one they’re directed to.

On top of this, I need to have full admin access for 4 people who can edit the database information (preferable through a CSV upload) and edit any fields on the specific pages mentioned above.

Does this make sense? I’ve looked at a few CMS options and settled on Armadillo, but I’m not sure it can automatically direct users to specific pages, while keeping the other pages private. I haven’t found a database that allows you to edit specific fields online. I’ve looked at “EditsPro,” but I don’t think it can do what I’m asking.

Does anyone have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

Also, is there any way to upload a CSV that can populate data across several pages on my website?

I’m pretty sure Sitelok can do that, but it uses mySQL on server. Good instructions and outstanding service from Adrian if you have problems. http://www.vibralogix.com Check it out and see if it might work for you.
