Using Will Woodgate’s (Stacks4Stacks) TopBox lightbox addon, I encountered an issue with it not being able to correctly display a 4:5 formatted video. I sent a note to Will…his amazing customer-centric talents kicked into overdrive. He communicated back what the issue was, how it can be resolved (referencing existing standards) and included a download of a rewritten version of TopBox. It worked! Oh wait…but not on Chrome or Edge. Aargh! I mentioned it to him and, a day later, came another fix, which, of course, did the trick.

If you use stacks, I can’t say enough about the quality and attention to detail and customer support of Will Woodgate and his Stacks4Stacks products. Please consider/keep supporting him. He’s a true gem!

Ditto on these comments on Will. He is quick to get back to you and is willing to take extra time to try and solve things usually done in by mistakes from the likes of me. I hope RW can figure out how they can support those who have supported RW over the years with some terrific addons. Certainly having addons makes things a lot easier for those of us who would rather design than learn code to create things not found in the original product.
