Yummy is my chosen FTP app and I love it. I have droplets setup for my images folder, etc. It’s also very fast, has scheduled uploads, etc. Very, very, nice. Support is also top rated!
I also have FTP Pro. I like the look of FTP Watcher but I may wait for it to appear on sale. I’m in two minds about scheduled or automated synchronisation just incase the contents of the export folder are deleted somehow in error and then your site disappears.
