Hi! I am Chris Hamilton, (very) amateur web site creator and Barbershop Quartet singer.
I need to edit my active site, www.feverpitchquartet.uk, but I cannot find the project files even though I have recovered the RapidWeaver app. What file names should I be looking for? Where are they; and how do I re-install them?
The project file will have an extension like one of the following (if I’m mistaken, I’m sure someone will correct me):
RapidWeaver versions 1 and 2: [filename].rwp
RapidWeaver version 3: [filename].rw3
RapidWeaver versions 4 and 5: [filename].rwsw
RapidWeaver version 6: [filename].rw6
RapidWeaver version 7: [filename].rw7
RapidWeaver version 8: [filename].rw8
RapidWeaver Classic: [filename].rwc
As you can name your project file anything, we can’t help you with the [filename] bit, but if you use Spotlight Search in macOS (Command+Space or click the magnifying glass in the macOS menu bar) you can look for any files with one of the extensions above.
Hi, the project files are on your Mac and not on the server of your hosting provider. Only if you have selected to save a backup on the server of your hosting provider, you will find a copy there. It looks something like this, a lot of random characters and numbers, then _rwbackup:
Opening the project, I got “Missing theme” message, so re-installed “Royale” as designed. Now I have the message
“The Stacks Plug-in is missing”. I have tried the link to “Search the RapidWeaver Community”. Chrome can’t connect - timed out. Firefox goes to the RW forum and Safari does nothing! Where can I find Stacks and re-install it?

Thanks for your prompt reply. Curiously, while crawling the newly discovered project directory, I clicked on the file for Stacks4 and it immediately raised a link to update, which I followed. So I now have updated stacks4 and what appears to be a fully functioning project!
Now to see if the updates will publish!
Thanks for all your help.
