Hi there, I’m having another go setting up my website. However, I need to add a calendar, so people can book a workshop (teaching) online or face to face). I also need to be able to blank out dates that are unavailable.
I don’t have it and therefore haven’t used it, but it sounds like it’ll do what you want.

I don’t think there is anything dedicated to RW that will allow you to manage an online diary and make time slots already booked unavailable to others to book., For this you most likely need a dedicated booking system, perhaps a PHP script, of which there are many options.
Calendly has a free version and works very well.
I’ve embedded into RW sites easily.
