When I open a project by double click I get the message below. Opening by menu is no problem
I assume that you have RapidWeaver 7 open when you are trying to double click on a RapidWeaver 8 document to open it…
Does it work if you quit RW7?

I can open an RW8 project(double click and drag) with RW7 open without any problem. Also able to open RW7 projects as well. Out of curiosity right Click the project and do a get info. There is a section that says “open with”. Does it say RapidWeaver 8.app?
