Can't save as in RW 7

Hi I have a rapidweaver website from last year and I am trying to save as…
Says I don’t have permission but I checked the RW file and it says I can read and write as myself the user, and wheel and system.

Any ideas?

Can you duplicate it in finder (cmd D or Right Click > Duplicate) and then change the name?

Where are you trying to save it to?. Did you change the location (drive or folder)? You need to have permission for those as well.
