Can't upload to Elements Cloud

I try to upload a project to EC but I always get an error:

Can you try signing out, and then signing back in?
Are you able to log into your account okay?

I tried that already. I can log in but can’t upload.

okay, and you get the same error every time? and… have you tried uploading different projects?

Yes, every time and with different projects. I’m on my MBP now. I’ll try on the mini when I’m at home to see if it works there.

I’m wondering if it’s the network you were on… we’ll look into things here, but let me know if it works when you’re on your home network!

Seems no connection issue because I have the same problem when logging in on my home network with my MBP (even after signing out and in again).

Tried also with a hotspot connection via my iPhone but also the same error.

Which version of macOS are you running?

Also, would you be able to send me a private message with the Elements logs files? You can get this from the Help menu, then Copy Support Logs.
