Difference between "Blog" and "Rapidblog"

Hi everyone! Can anyone tell me the difference between the “Blog” page and the “Rapidblog” page?

The “Blog” page is the RW default blog.

Where “Rapidblog” let’s you display posts from Blogspot inside a RW page.
