Continuing the discussion from No preview with rw 7:
For an unknown reason (I was waiting for a response and did nothing), the preview was usable this morning.
I redid nano /etc/hosts and the list of hosts was exactly the same as before.
For an also unknown reason, the preview has stopped functioning again.
