Forms Plus Error

Hi Everyone. I’ve uploaded a form I created with Chilli Dog Software’s FormsPlus.

This is the error message I receive once it’s uploaded on my website. Any one able to help me?

Looks like something didn’t get uploaded, I would try files/republish all files

I exported the packaged files from Rapidweaver. I did your suggestion and it still has the error… I’m stumped. I was going to try Publishing it directly from Rapidweaver but I couldn’t figure out the settings to upload to Godaddy. Do you by chance know these.

Oh, GoDaddy, it could be a server config issue then.
Are you running a current version of PHP 7.2+?
@barchard may know what exactly that error is since he wrote it.

Yes, this looks like it is PHP5. Please make sure all files are published and you have selected PHP 7 (PHP7.2 preferred) or later
