Grid Iron - 3 questions

Anyone else using Grid Iron?

1. Since recent updates I am not seeing Headers in any wrapped columns of a responsive table. All I am seeing are the row details (which are obviously largely meaningless without an accompanying header)? Contacted support but heard nothing back.

2. Has anyone ever managed to get fixed width columns to work? There is a setting for this but I have never got it to do anything.

3. Is there a way to set a default sort order for the table?

p.s. It is a Google Sheet that I am trying to get all of this to work with. You can view a work-in-progress here.

Any help / advice appreciated.
